Teofilo was predeceased by his wife, Elsa Luz Diaz, daughter, Ludivina Diaz, Son, Jorge Luis Diaz; brothers, Mario Diaz, Narciso Diaz and Vidal Diaz. He is survived by his sisters, Paulita Gonzalez, Petra Fermaitt, Leonor Diaz, and brothers, Francisco Diaz and Ramon Diaz; two sons, Orlando Diaz and Luis Edgardo Diaz , 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
